Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 29, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how VIZO·DYNAMICS ("VIZO·DYNAMICS", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information when you visit our website, contact us, apply for roles, use our dashboards, access our APIs, or participate in pilots and demonstrations.
This policy is intended to support compliance with applicable privacy and data-protection requirements, including UAE data-protection principles, but it does not replace project-specific contracts, data-processing agreements, or authority approvals required for production deployments.
1. Roles
For each pilot, deployment, API, or customer engagement, the responsible contracting party and data-processing roles are documented in the applicable written agreement. Depending on the service, we may act as a data controller, a data processor for a customer or public-sector partner, or a technology provider processing operational data under a separate written agreement.
Where a city, transport authority, enterprise customer, or pilot partner determines the purposes and means of processing, that organization may be the controller and its privacy notice may also apply.
2. Information We Collect
- Contact and business information: name, email address, phone number, company, role, country, message content, and inquiry type.
- Recruitment information: CV/resume, portfolio links, role interests, work history, and application communications.
- Website and technical information: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, timestamps, referrer URLs, server logs, and security events.
- API and dashboard information: API keys or account identifiers, request metadata, rate-limit logs, usage records, diagnostic logs, and support communications.
- Operational mobility data: road-event records, approximate location coordinates, timestamps, hazard categories, sensor/device identifiers, environmental readings, and derived detection outputs.
- Image or video-derived signals: where sensors or demos use computer vision, we aim to process derived event metadata rather than identify individuals unless a specific project agreement and lawful basis permit otherwise.
3. How We Use Information
- To respond to inquiries, partnership requests, press requests, and support needs.
- To operate, secure, monitor, troubleshoot, and improve our website, APIs, dashboards, and demonstrations.
- To provide smart-mobility, hazard-detection, V2X, mapping, routing, and road-data services.
- To evaluate job applicants and manage recruitment.
- To protect systems, prevent abuse, enforce terms, and comply with legal obligations.
- To support research, product validation, and pilot reporting using aggregated or de-identified information where practical.
4. Lawful Basis
Depending on the context, we process information based on consent, performance of a contract, steps requested before entering a contract, legitimate business interests, compliance with legal obligations, or another lawful basis documented in a project-specific agreement.
5. Cookies and Similar Technologies
The marketing website currently uses no advertising cookies and no non-essential analytics cookies. It uses standard server logs and may load external fonts. Embedded dashboards, API documentation, or third-party sites may operate under their own cookie and privacy notices. See our Cookie Policy for details.
6. Sharing and Service Providers
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with hosting providers, infrastructure providers, email providers, security/monitoring vendors, professional advisers, pilot partners, customers, or authorities where required for lawful operation, support, security, contracting, or compliance.
7. International Transfers and Data Residency
Data may be processed in the UAE or other jurisdictions where our infrastructure, providers, or partners operate. Production UAE deployments may include specific data-residency, access-control, retention, and transfer requirements documented in separate agreements.
8. Retention
We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, unless a longer period is required by law, contract, security needs, dispute resolution, or backup retention. API logs, operational detections, support records, and applicant data may have different retention periods depending on the service or pilot agreement.
9. Security
We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls, network security, monitoring, backups, and least-privilege operational practices. No internet-based service can be guaranteed completely secure.
10. AI, Automation, and Safety
VIZO·DYNAMICS systems may generate automated or AI-assisted road-event detections and operational signals. These outputs are informational and decision-support signals. They are not a substitute for emergency services, official traffic instructions, driver judgment, legally required safety systems, or customer validation of safety-critical decisions.
11. Your Rights
Depending on your location and the applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of your personal information. To exercise rights, contact privacy@vizodynamic.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
12. Children
Our website, APIs, dashboards, and business services are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the marketing website.
13. Other Sites
Our website may link to dashboards, API documentation, map services, email links, or third-party providers. Those services may have their own hosting, cookie, and privacy behavior.
14. Contact
