These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the VIZO·DYNAMICS website, demos, dashboards, APIs, documentation, and related services. By accessing or using the services, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

VIZO·DYNAMICS provides smart-mobility and infrastructure-intelligence technology, including road-event detection, V2X safety concepts, live dashboards, APIs, demos, and pilot-ready workflows. Some features may be prototypes, beta services, demonstrations, or sandbox environments.

2. No Emergency or Safety-Critical Reliance

The services are informational and operational-support tools. They must not be used as the sole basis for emergency response, autonomous-driving decisions, public-road control, life-safety decisions, dispatch, or safety-critical control actions unless covered by a separate written production agreement, validated deployment plan, and all required approvals.

Road conditions change rapidly. Detections may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, false-positive, or false-negative. Users remain responsible for independent validation and compliance with applicable laws and safety requirements.

3. Permitted Use

You may use the public website and public documentation for evaluation, informational, and lawful business purposes. Any production use, API integration, pilot, data feed, or infrastructure deployment may require separate written terms.

4. API and Data Terms

• Keep API keys and credentials confidential and do not share them with unauthorized parties.
• Do not scrape, resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit data unless expressly authorized.
• Do not bypass rate limits, authentication, monitoring, or security controls.
• Do not use data for unlawful surveillance, profiling, discrimination, or unsafe vehicle control.
• Respect caching, attribution, deletion, and data-retention requirements communicated in API documentation or written agreements.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You may not misuse the services, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operations, reverse engineer non-public systems, introduce malware, overload infrastructure, misrepresent affiliation, or use the services in violation of law or third-party rights.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, software, models, data schemas, APIs, documentation, and technology on or related to the services are owned or licensed by VIZO·DYNAMICS or its licensors. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these terms or a separate written agreement.

7. Pilots, Beta Features, and Demonstrations

Beta, pilot, sandbox, demonstration, and experimental features may be changed, suspended, rate-limited, or discontinued at any time. Pilot timelines, deployment targets, and validation pathways are subject to partner readiness, authority approvals, technical feasibility, and written agreements.

8. Third-Party Services and Links

The site may link to APIs, dashboards, map services, documentation, email links, or third-party services. Third-party or separately hosted services may have their own terms.

9. Disclaimers

The services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and error-free operation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VIZO·DYNAMICS and its authorized operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages, or for decisions made in reliance on incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate operational signals.

11. Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify VIZO·DYNAMICS and its authorized operators from claims arising out of your misuse of the services, violation of these terms, unlawful use of data, or integration of outputs into safety-critical workflows without required approvals.

12. Governing Law and Venue

Any governing law, venue, or dispute-resolution terms for pilots, APIs, deployments, and production services are set in the applicable written agreement. If no separate agreement applies, use of the public website is governed by the mandatory laws that apply to the user and website operator.
