1. Deployment Scope

Production deployments, procurement details, licensing requirements, and local operating arrangements are handled through project-specific written agreements and authority requirements. For deployment or procurement questions, contact legal@vizodynamic.com.

2. Data Protection and Data Residency

We design UAE deployments to support applicable privacy, cybersecurity, retention, data-residency, access-control, and cross-border transfer requirements. Specific production data-residency and processing commitments are documented in project agreements, data-processing terms, or authority-approved deployment plans.

3. Regulatory Alignment

VIZO·DYNAMICS is built to align with UAE and Dubai smart-mobility objectives, including safer roads, autonomous-transport readiness, connected infrastructure, cybersecurity, and responsible data practices.

4. Safety, Testing, and Approvals

Pilot deployments, public-road integrations, RSU installations, vehicle integrations, or safety-critical workflows are subject to technical validation, partner readiness, permits, and any required approvals from relevant authorities. Marketing references to pilots or targets do not by themselves indicate approval, certification, or authorization.

5. Non-Endorsement

References to UAE, Dubai, Smart Dubai, RTA, autonomous-transport strategies, or other public initiatives describe strategic alignment only and do not imply endorsement, partnership, approval, procurement, or certification unless expressly stated in a written agreement or public authority communication.
